Senior Estimator

Matthew Massarella is a Senior Estimator at Storage Building Company, LLC, where he contributes to the planning, pricing and execution of custom metal building projects within the self storage industry. Since joining the company in 2023 as a Sales and Estimating Assistant, Matthew has quickly grown into a key member of the sales and preconstruction teams, supporting project bids and helping streamline estimation processes. 

A graduate of the University of Central Florida, Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. Matthew brings a fresh perspective, strong work ethic, and a thorough knowledge of building systems, making him an integral member of the Storage Building Company team.
