Theresa Gallas

VICE PRESIDENT of MARKETING

Theresa Gallas is the Vice President of Marketing at Storage Building Company, where she leads brand strategy, marketing, and assists in business development initiatives, collaborating with developers and general contractors across the country on their self-storage construction projects.

Theresa brings more than 16 years of self-storage industry experience to SBC. She joined the company in April 2025 as Director of Market Development and Engagement before stepping into her current role as VP of Marketing. Prior to SBC, she spent over six years at Janus International, most recently as Director of Corporate Business Development.  Earlier in her career, Theresa served as VP of Sales and Marketing for the Storage Business Owners Alliance (SBOA), and as Co-Founder and President of List Self Storage, the leading marketplace for buying, selling, and financing self-storage facilities.

A passionate advocate for the industry, Theresa is also on the advisory board and a co-founder of the Women's Council of the Self Storage Association.

When she's not at trade shows or on job sites, Theresa is home with her husband, two sons, and their goldendoodle, Avocado.
