He currently serves as a Partner at Storage Building Company, LLC, where he plays a key role in guiding strategic direction and financial operations for a growing firm in the metal building industry based in Lakeland, Florida.

Before his current role, Thomas owned and operated Advanced PEO Solutions, LLC, a successful employee leasing firm that specialized in payroll services, administrative support, and workers’ compensation insurance. His entrepreneurial mindset and financial acumen were shaped during his years as Vice President and Controller at Carpenter Contractors of America, where he helped lead the organization for nearly 19 years. He also held financial leadership roles at GMF Industries, Inc., further deepening his expertise in the manufacturing and industrial sectors.
